Elle magazine,Great British Talent shoot

Thursday 29th March

I must make sure I watch The Kings Speech now after shooting in the building where the film was made- 33 Portland Place, W1B.  It is a beautiful big old building with gorgeous intricate ceilings and lots of original features.  In the basement where the toilets are however, it takes on quite a different feel.  It has been modernised and all the walls are painted red, and it stinks of bleach. Apparently, there are Jacuzzis down there as orgy parties take place here, ugh!  If you want to go it will cost you £180, lol!  I didn't stay down there long to look around!

Henry Bourne was shooting this feature, which was about young British talent at the moment.  Included were George Craig (musician), Samuel Fry (singer), Willy Moon (singer), Poppy Chancellor (artist), Gemma Cairney (radio presenter), Marika Hackman (musician), Gabriella Wilde (actress), Ella Hickson (playwright and theatrical director), Tom Mison (actor), Charlotte Riley (actress), and Ren Harvieu (singer).  I was assisting the lovely Marco Antonio from DW Management, I adore him.  The make-up was all about keeping the talent looking like themselves, only much better obviously!  Here is an image I got off Poppy's website.  Make-up by Marco.  Look out for it in the July issue.........
