I was assisting the amazing Martina Luisetti from The Book Agency today, this girl is soooooooo talented and so sweet! And probably the most laid back person ever! She was working with one of her favourite teams- Thomas Cooksey was shooting the story, who is lovely, again so down to earth and easy to talk to. Kim Howells was doing the styling, and Ben Jones did the hair. We had three great girls from storm, Alena B I have to stay is just perfection personified, grrrr! She is so stunning!
We were shooting at MC Motors in Dalston. The make-up wasn't strong at all, it was more about giving the skin on the face and body a sheen, so a lot of strobe cream was used, and Mac minerlize skinfinish, and a cream highlighter by Gemma Kid. Martina bleached Alena's brows too, and dyed them back again at the end of the day. The two other girls already had bleached brows which made things a little quicker.
I will put the images up when they come out, but for now here is a backstage sneaky pic of me which Martina took without me noticing!
